Ann Russell (played by Shannon Elizabeth) is a twice divorced, career-oriented journalist with three children (Grace, Daniel and Joshua). She owns the home the family will be living in.Ann loves her children but is not domestically inclined, she considers making macaroni and cheese cooking dinner. She believes that the best way to live life is to go out and experience it.
